**Duties**:
We are looking for a media professional who is flexible, collaborative and able to work independently. The Specialist, Programmatic Performance is responsible for developing the programmatic media approach across multiple platforms and tactics. In this role, you will help grow a leading auto brand by demonstrating positive ROI through the recommended programmatic activities. You will be an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, working alongside social and search to bring the campaign ideas to life. You will have one direct report and so are also responsible for the training and development of that individual as well as working with the team to develop standard operating procedures across the client’s programmatic efforts.

**Position Description**:

- Working closely with the client leads and programmatic manager to put forward campaign recommendations
- Actively manage day-to-day delivery of programmatic recommendations and negotiations alongside coordinator
- Manage campaign performance via frequent analysis to identify key improvement areas and provide actionable insights.
- Develop point of views and cross-functional strategies in combination with the digital team (search and social)
- Execute self-serve programmatic platforms while mitigating overlapping inventory and strategies
- Monitor work flow for quality, brand safety and timelines
- Develop a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the client’s business and the programmatic landscape
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers and agency partners
- Working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools
- Responsible for assigned project tasks
- Communicate clearly across the team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate
- Minimum 2+ years of programmatic digital planning experience
- Self-serve programmatic buying experience (preference toward DV360)
- Experience with ad trafficking via Campaign Manager
- Strong time management and organization skills, ability to handle and prioritize multiple asks
- Experience in managing direct reports is an asset - must be an effective delegator
- Strong proficiency in MS office suite
- Analytical with high attention to detail
- Strong client service skills
- Strong communications skills; both written and verbal

**Nice to Haves**:

- Google Certification is an asset
- Experience with tag management systems and GA360 preferred
- Experience with brand verification services (i.e. MOAT)
- Experience in working on an automotive account
