**The Opportunity**: We are looking for passionate and energetic people to represent the Maple Leaf brand in various spots across Ontario. As the Community Cruiser Coordinator, you will facilitate events at local Ontario grocery stores and coordinate with the Maple Leaf Community Cruiser Representative team. Our Community Cruiser team will help local charities fundraise for their causes, one hot dog at a time. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Community Cruiser event schedule and be the key liaison with stores and Maple Leaf Field Team members.
**Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life**:

- Opportunity to work in a corporate environment while being the main point of contact for the Community Cruiser
- Frequent communication with stores, Cruiser team, and Maple Leaf Field Sales team to confirm details of each event
- Complete Health Certificates for a list of municipalities, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage any schedule changes and provide solutions when needed
- Coordinate POS with Maple Leaf cross functional team, ensuring relevant materials are used at all events
- Coordinate Community Cruiser maintenance if/when required
- Support Maple Leaf Sobeys Retail Sales team with general reporting as time permits
- Send thank you notes and updates to Store Managers and Field Sales Representatives with detailed outcomes of each event
- Execute an excess of 60 events throughout the summer (Contract term May 1st to Aug 26th, 2023)

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong communication skills
- A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly adapt and deal with unpredictable situations
