**You as a Junior Estimator will**:

- Calculate various statistical data - quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per manhour, equipment, etc.,
- Obtain scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in closing bids,
- Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compile summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates,
- Participate in developing project Update and bid package estimate documents, maintain files of working documents for back-up to estimating figures, and assist in the monitoring of conceptual estimates with actual cost data,
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a construction related degree/diploma and an interest in building a career in Estimating
- You have a working knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to create and maintain strong relationships, strong communication skills, and attention to detail; as well as the ability to work effectively and accurately in time sensitive situations within a team
- **You possess or have the ability to obtain CISD Reliability and Secret Clearance**
