**Job Position(s)**: 1

**Job Duties**
- Supervise front of house staff
- Control, organize, facilitate, and evaluate the operations of the bar beverage service
- Verify kitchen closing duties
- Establish and implement the necessary operational procedures for the bar
- Verify closing security system
- Assist in setting staff work schedules and oversee staff training
- Staff cash outs and monitor revenue
- Deal with and resolve customer complaints regarding bar service
- Responsible for bar inventory, implementing and modifying procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Assist with arrangements with clients for use of restaurant for special occasions such as banquets or receptions

**Terms of Employment**: Permanent, Full Time

**Language of work**: English

**Hours of Work**: minimum 42 hours/week

**Wage (must include any incremental raises, performance pay or bonuses)**: $19.50/hour (plus gratuities)

**Skills requirements**
- Degree or diploma in hospitality/food sector
- Excellent attention to detail
- Responsible beverage service certification
- At least 3 years of experience in food sector/ hospitality, including in supervisory role
- Flexibility with hours is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.50 per hour
