Server/bartender

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with health department standards.
- Engage with guests to create a memorable experience, offering recommendations based on their preferences.

**Skills**
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Experience in cashiering within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate well with others in a busy environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
