As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and managing the floor during busy shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Mixing and serving a variety of beverages**, including classic and creative cocktails, beers, and wines, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Engaging with guests**, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and providing recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- **Managing the restaurant floor**, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and overseeing table turnover.
- **Handling customer concerns and feedback** promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender a in a busy, pub or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, and presentation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team.
