**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Clerk reports directly to the Warehouse & Materials Manager and is responsible for managing the warehouse shipping process including preparing shipping documentation (Picklists, BOL, Customs Invoices etc.), freight quoting, sales order processing/invoicing and supporting the warehouse team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of invoices and processing invoices.
- Prepare picklists, Bill of Lading, Customs Invoices, USMCA CoO, etc.
- Generate daily picking plans to support on-time customer shipments.
- Assist with administrative activities to support the Warehouse & Materials Manager.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for all appropriate documents.
- Support other departments (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) in tracking order status.
- Suggest solutions for continuous improvement.
- Support inventory management functions.
- All other duties assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 2-year administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Strong inventory experience, strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and clearly with staff and other supervisors and managers; must be able to resolve problems in a courteous and discrete manner with external and internal customers.
- Must have ability to effectively follow-up and handle multiple tasks with strong personal time management skills.
- Willingness to work independently, with mínimal supervision and take ownership of work.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
