**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct job analysis to determine specific job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Prepare employment contracts and job offers.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and develop a proactive recruitment plan.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial employment laws and regulations.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or a college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as Human Resources, Business administration, commerce, psychology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
