**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, Employment Ontario services are available to assist both job seekers and employers.

As a Workshop Facilitator, you will:

- Develop workshop curriculums
- Schedule workshops, facilitate groups and document activities
- Represent the Agency at events and promote programs
- Support the resource area with administrative tasks

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Contract ends March 29, 2024

Training: Initial comprehensive training related to all aspects of the role, as well as access to ongoing professional development

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Have a college diploma in a Human/Social Services/Business field.
- Have a minimum of 1 year group facilitation experience, preferably in an employment services program. A Career Practitioner/Job Development certificate is an asset.
- Must have effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong report-writing and goal-setting skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office and be familiar with databases.
- Have access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required.
- Be able to manage exposure to occasional vicarious traumatic stress.

Start date: as soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $19.47-$22.10 per hour
