At Empty Cup we focus on end-to-end production, roasting, packaging and brewing our coffee beans in house, for sale in our four (and growing) cafe locations, as well as distribution throughout Canada. Currently we have a strong focus on the RTD sector of Cold Brew Coffee, and plan to continue our growth as a company further into this market. Along with our Cold Brew drinks, we sell our beans in a variety of packaging forms for both direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business sales.

**Skills + Experience**:

- Motivated to work with a new and exciting company.
- Forklift, warehouse, and food production experience an asset
- Packaging equipment operation and maintenance an asset
- Must hold a valid class 5 drivers licence
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70lbs

**Responsibilities + Expectations**:

- Assisting in the day to day operations of the production facility
- Aid in the coffee roasting and packaging process
- Aid with cold brew production
- Canning cold brew and maintaining proper storage
- Cleaning of cold brew kegs and equipment
- Operating and maintaining a clean facility to CFIA standards
- Inventory management

Location: 535 Panet Road, Winnipeg MB

Full-time hours: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
