Our production team is responsible for roasting, packaging, and distributing coffee and other products to our sale in our five (and growing) cafe locations, as well as retailers throughout Canada. Currently, we have a strong focus on the RTD sector of Cold Brew Coffee, and plan to continue our growth as a company further into this market. Along with our Cold Brew, we sell our beans in a variety of packaging forms for both direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business sales. The production team also aids as the company as a whole, leading to every changing tasks and multiple areas for growth.

**Skills + Experience**:

- Must be motivated to work with a new and exciting company.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a team.
- Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s licence.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70lb.
- Forklift and warehouse experience an asset.
- Packaging equipment operation and maintenance an asset.
- Food production experience an asset.
- Inventory management an asset.

**Responsibilities + Expectations**:

- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the production facility.
- Cleaning equipment and operating a clean facility to CFIA standards.
- Aid in receiving products into the facility.
- Aid in the coffee roasting and packaging process.
- Aid with cold brew production.
- Aid in canning of cold brew and maintaining proper storage.
- Driving delivery vehicles.
- Inventory management and record keeping.

Location: 535 Panet Road, Winnipeg MB

Full-time hours: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
