Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting as a key holder
- Proficiency in shift management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of food service operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
