**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic. This is a position that offers the opportunity for growth within our clinic. The receptionist is expected to be a high-level professional, preferably with experience in the aesthetic industry.
**Your responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
- Assist doctors whenever necessary
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Assist with cleaning throughout the clinic as needed
**Your experience**
- Preferably previous related experience in the aesthetic industry or medical clinic environment
- Native or Fluent English.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Experience working within an EMR (Our clinic uses Jane and this would be a huge asset)
