**Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator - (18-24 month contract)**

Family owned and professionally managed, **Westbrook Trailers **is a division of The Westbrook Group of Companies specializing in the manufacturing of Galvalume steel light duty trailers, and partially assembled kit trailers.

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator for a 18-24 month contract with the potential to be extended. This is an in-office position in our Beamsville facility.

As the Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating order entry and fulfillment based on customers’ requirements. You will be the main contact for logistics, including arranging shipments for customers, preparing, coordinating, and tracking all shipments. With your keen eye for detail, you will also ensure all customs paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal requirements.

**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**

Order Entry and Fulfillment:

- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with retailers, developing intimate knowledge of retailer’s requirements, product availability, benefits and pricing;
- Take the lead on dealer account setups and assist with relater’s onboarding process;
- Review and ensure accuracy of sales orders;
- Process orders through various platforms ensuring compliance with vendor requirements;
- Track production schedule, allocate inventory when product ready to ship and report any deviations in targets to the leadership team.

Shipping and Customs:

- Schedule, coordinate and prioritize shipments on customer’s transportation management systems to ensure timely sales and deliveries,
- Generate reports for shipping department prior to shipping, and provide guidance for all sales outbound shipments, expectations and performance metrics;
- Ensure all customs paperwork is completed;
- Facilitate shipments with carriers obtaining freight quotes, negotiating rates, handling freight claim, and getting accurate shipment statuses;
- Develop contingency plans for potential problems, communicate any individual load or shipment needs, and meet the company’s outbound shipping goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education an asset;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing shipping & receiving environment;
- Customs experience including CUSMA and tariff regulations;
- Bilingual is an asset.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Proven aptitude effectively using computer software including MS Office, Excel and ERP systems required;
- Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills;
- Great written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Ability to learn quickly and commitment to on-going development;
- Proven administrative experience and high attention to detail;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.
