**L'opportunité**:
Le rôle du Coordonnateur(trice) est de collaborer avec le Gestionnaire de Catégorie afin d’exécuter le plan stratégique et maximiser les ventes et les revenus. Le Coordinateur de Catégorie sera chargé de coordonner les communications, de réaliser des analyses, de collaborer avec les fournisseurs, d'administrer les coûts et les changements de prix, de mettre en œuvre des promotions et de soutenir au développement de planogrammes, de stratégies marketing et de projets spéciaux. Le rôle nécessite une collaboration étroite avec un large éventail de parties prenantes tel que les fournisseurs, les détaillants, les responsables de territoires et d’autres groupes internes et externes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer et mettre à jour les rapports de performance hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels selon les besoins.
- Agir en tant que contact de la catégorie pour les opérations, en aidant à la prise d'actions
- Planifier, préparer et effectuer la rédaction des mises en marché (promotions) mensuelles pour le réseau national.
- Régler, en collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les divers problèmes opérationnels pour chacune des bannières.
- Communications bilingues (fournisseurs, magasins corporatifs, agents, détaillants, gérants territoires, représentants).
- Négociations préliminaires des rabais pour les mises en marché/promotions avec les fournisseurs.
- Évaluation des coûtants, prix de détail et marges.
- Rencontrer les fournisseurs (présentation de nouveaux produits, revue d’affaire).
- Analyser les coûts, les prix et les données de vente; formuler des recommandations alignées sur la stratégie de la catégorie et les objectifs commerciaux.
- Gérer les mises en liste des nouveaux produits, changements de prix et distributions automatiques.
- Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits et d'innovations. Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies marketing et de projets spéciaux selon les besoins.
- Aider au développement des stratégies marketing et aux projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.

**Formation**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit).
- Connaissance approfondie de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint).

**The Opportunity**:
This position supports the Category Manager in executing the strategic marketing plan to maximize convenience store sales and revenue. This role will be responsible for managing site communications, executing promotions, conducting analysis, collaborating with vendors, administrating cost and price changes, supporting the development of planograms, marketing strategies and special projects within their assigned categories.
