**Please Note: We are not hiring for seasonal positions**

**What we are looking for**:

- **1+ years Prep Cook/Line Cook/Relevant experience (Baking/Culinary Diploma/Certificate Post Secondary is an asset)**:

- **Positive and self motivated attitude**:

- **Good eye for details**:

- **Organized with good time management skills**:

- **Willingness to learn new recipes, menu items**:

- **Able to manage prep schedules, and delegate tasks**:

- **Able to lead 1-2 team members**:

- **Able to work PT or FT (Wednesday-Sunday)**:

- **Able to work day shift (7-9am start time)**:

- **Weekend/Holiday availability**:

- **Able to lift 20kg+**:

- **Valid Food Handlers Certificate**

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing doughs (Brioche, Cake, Vegan)**:

- **Preparing from scratch toppings**:

- **Preparing glazes, butter creams, coulis'**:

- **Preparing fillings (pastry creams, puddings, fruit fillings)**:

- **Eye for quality, presentation, and consistency.**:

- **Sanitizing surfaces and keeping a clean work area**
