Security Guard

As a security guard, you ensure the safety of property and people, greet students, prevent fires, write incident reports and enforce regulations. You also offer quality customer service and manage the visitor log.

**Schedule**: Weekday evening shift - Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm;
**Salary**: $20.98/hr + bonuses;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of property and individuals who attend LaSalle College;
- Welcoming students and meeting customer information needs;
- Ensure fire prevention;
- Assist and respond to incidents;
- Write safety and incident reports;
- Ensure that the institution's rules are enforced;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Maintain the visitor log;
- Any other duties related to the employment of a security guard.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field;
- Recognized security guard training is mandatory;
- Mandatory First Aid Card (AED);
- Valid babysitting permit required;
- Bilingualism;
- Flexibility and availability in terms of schedules (24/7);
- Nice presentation and sense of customer service.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
