**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1-year related experience
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certified (Air/Ground)
- Ability to arrange international import/exports
- Knowledge of HS/Tariff codes
- Experience with Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS)
- Experience with NAFTA/USMCA and customs compliance
- Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL PDF software
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written communication
- Fork Lift License (Asset)
- Microsoft Navision experience (Asset)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation as required including BOLs, Commercial invoices and packing slips
- Manage communications with freight forwarders and customs brokers on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Arrange for overseas transportation (imports and exports) with freight forwarders
- Resolve any shipping related delays, holds or exceptions for international exports
- **Prepare and Pack crates/skids for freight shipments**:

- Prepare, Pack & Ship customer orders for daily courier pickups (Ensuring packing of commodities are sufficient)
