**Job Summary**

Vedder Resources is currently seeking a self-motivated Dispatcher and Operational Support for our rural dairy operations office located in Enderby, BC. If you have a positive attitude with a dedication to hard work, then you may be the perfect addition to our team.

Reporting to the Manager - Diary Hauling Operations you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication and technical skills to provide leadership and guidance to our driving sleet.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Key Duties**:

- Operational route planning and dispatching
- Mentoring Company Drivers
- Coordinating and completing driver competency evaluations
- Participate and assist in the coordination of any accident recovery requirements
- Coordinate and complete route planning spreadsheets

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Key Requirements**:

- Transportation and dispatching experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task successfully
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Competency using MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new things quickly
