This position offers the flexibility to be in-office or participate in hybrid options in our Saskatoon or Regina office.

**JOB FUNCTION**
The Manager, Product & Partnerships is responsible for advancing our product position in the group benefits, personal health, life & living benefit, and travel insurance markets, determining and delivering product plans and initiatives, driving product performance excellence and implementing continuous product improvements.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Decisively translate annual business requirements into product enhancements, concrete projects plans, milestones, activities and rigorous objectives/standards to oversee effective implementation
- Lead regular product review processes to ensure alignment of all products to business strategy and examine performance against industry
- Manage and enhance existing product solutions and experiences for group benefits, personal health, life & living benefit, and travel insurance business lines
- Inform and implement integrated product roadmaps and annual product plans to optimize product lines
- Oversee the delivery of product partners, including oversight to partner contract adherence, service levels and regular market reviews
- Provide clear, regular and transparent product performance communications to leadership across SBC
- Oversee and maintain the end-to-end core product development process, from concept to go-to-market, ensuring effective procedures and guidelines are in effect for development and implementation success
- Successfully orchestrate and align leaders around common objectives to ensure product strategies mobilize effectively and continuously improve results
- Leverage insights from internal stakeholders, external market conditions, intelligence and new or evolving trends in industry, sales, distribution and segmentation to develop strategies to maintain and advance the organization’s product position
- Oversee and maintain the product policy language for all product lines, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirement
- Deliver in-depth planning, financial analysis and market research on product opportunities
- Deliver the end-to-end management of all new approved product initiatives from business case to product implementation, coordinating with the appropriate operating teams, affiliates and service providers to ensure smooth implementation
- Support the development and implementation of new product and policy onboarding and training
- Present to various audiences as necessary (client presentations, department presentations)
