- Implement social media strategies to increase followers, enhance engagement, and promote our brand and initiatives effectively.
- Conduct research on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to identify new opportunities for our online presence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and events to drive user participation and brand awareness.
- Monitor online conversations and sentiment surrounding our organization, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with our online audience and convey our messaging.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform functionalities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and gather insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas that align with our brand and objectives.
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing social media content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing social media content for search visibility.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying current with industry developments.
