**YOUR NEW CHALLENGE**

We are looking for a detail and customer service-oriented EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) clerk to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare EDI clients’ PO’s
- Order Entry
- Label creation
- Pick and Pack
- Shipping/Booking Appointments
- Invoicing
- Able to identify stock issues and communicate appropriately with the correct department
- Process new PO’s received in SAP
- Process ASN requests from our warehouses in USA and British Columbia
- Transfer appropriate EDI data regarding shipments to customer
- Weekly verify and send invoices

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Proficient with computers
- Knowledge of SAP, Vantree, SPS, Lisa, Retail link (an asset, not a must)
- Autonomous as well as a Team player
- Details and customer service oriented
- French and English, spoken and written
