**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a top Private Wealth Management team, and specifically work with the lead Portfolio Manager, to
- Assist the team with the maintenance and execution of models, both discretionary and non-discretionary;
- Assist PM team in the day-to-day trading operations of their portfolios;
- Assist with client monthly and quarterly reporting;
- Support PM team with investment due diligence and analysis;
- Support PM team with asset allocation monitoring and analysis;
- Execute equity, fixed income and fx trades;
- Weekly management of cash/debit balances and trade reconciliation when required;
- Monitoring corporate actions;
- Working with the Managed Accounts team to ensure all client fees and models are up to date.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business is an asset;
- Completion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 1;
- Completion of the CSC and Canadian Practice Handbook (CPH)IR or RR license is an asset but not mandatory, but must be obtained within 4 months of employment;
- 2 years of relevant experience is an asset;
- Investment industry knowledge is an asset;
- Experience with Envestnet and Dataphile is an asset;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
