**What You Will Do**

Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic Quantitative Equity Team.
- **Portfolio Management**: Manage and optimize quantitative equity portfolios to ensure alignment with our investment strategies and client objectives
- **Performance Analysis**: Conduct performance attribution and risk analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement
- **Risk Management**: Monitor portfolio risk and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
- **Investment Workflow Improvement**: Identify, propose and collaborate on enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our portfolio management capabilities.
- **Model Development**: Collaborate with other team members to provide ideas and support of our investment models
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the team, providing mentorship and guidance.

- **Collaborative Approach **- You thrive in a collaborative environment and value shared success. You proactively solicit and provide input and excel at communicating complex and technical concepts.
- **Time Management** - You have the proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects and daily responsibilities.
- **Academic Training** -Undergraduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Completion of CFA or relevant graduate degree is considered an asset.
- **Industry Experience **- You have 5-10 years of experience in quantitative portfolio management, quantitative finance or a related field.
- **Registered as a Portfolio Manager **- You are currently registered or able to be registered as a portfolio manager in relevant regulatory jurisdictions
