**What you’ll do**
- Performs data entry functions and general word processing such as inputting client information into relevant computerized systems, maintaining relevant registers, and typing from rough draft or general instruction, including correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Receives and processes test requisitions, matching them with patient samples when required.
- Enters, searches and retrieves information from computerized information systems as required.
- Enters test orders into computerized information systems in accordance with established procedures
- Performs clerical duties such as answering telephone calls and filing.
- Performs general record management duties such as assembling files, assigning file numbers, preparing file folders, and filing and distributing documents and files.
- Receives, records, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, internal correspondence, and courier documents.
**What you bring**
- Grade 12.
- Two (2) years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- You also have the ability to:_
- Keyboard at 45 wpm.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
