**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Studio Producing, the Set Coordination Team Lead will play a leadership role within the team that ensures seamless on-figure and off-figure photoshoot operations for our best-in-class Studio. He/She will focus on implementing best practices and continuous improvement to ensure the Studio is able to meet production objectives in alignment with SSENSE operational performance and quality standards across Womenswear, Menswear and/or Everything Else product categories. This role works closely with all roles in the Studio, requiring a highly collaborative style and the ability to influence and motivate to drive performance results.

**Responsibilities**
Production Management - 50%
- Provide direction and leadership to the Set Coordinator team
- Oversee full completion of visual and content assets planned, ensuring daily pre-production to post-production targets are met as per the agreed upon quality, SSENSE identity, and brand guidelines
- Report on performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable corrective measures to improve the flow of operations and optimise effectiveness
- Implement scalable processes, procedures, systems and reporting tools to drive operational effectiveness and Studio strategic objectives
- Oversee proper end-of-day merchandise transfers back to stock, monitoring damages and ensuring proper labelling
- Manage cleanliness, order and safety on set and ensure adherence to security, health & safety procedures within the department
- Manage on-set supplies, ensure adequate inventory level against the production forecast
- Liaise with freelancers and provide training on office protocol and Studio best practices, track and report on third party mandate fulfilment for assessing brand value alignment
- Support the studio operational onboardings of new product categories, of new art direction, of creative operations portfolio and support other workstreams (photo, styling, post-production, art direction, copy) as it's related to tooling, systems, stock flows, risks assessment, forecast resource plan and production studio set-up and requirements frameworks

Continuous Improvement - 30%
- Oversee the implementation of business initiatives to improve daily operations, productivity, communication and ways of working as it relates to studio production processes, workflows and standardisation of tools and procedures
- Help translate continuous improvement and Studio strategic and growth initiatives into operational requirements as an input to the capacity and resource plans and/or process and workflow change requirements
- Support ideation development and drive end-to-end testing of small to medium scale initiatives, conducting test plan reviews, identifying risk, and coordinating integration testing across the on set production process

Training and Recruitment - 20%
- Support hiring efforts and conduct interviews to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee the on-boarding and training programs for the team
- Support the Associate Manager with the onboarding of new team members
- Oversee Team Member training related to the department's activities
- Actively participate and lead the creation and development of training documentation for the team
- Support in the Performance Management process for all team members

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in coordination or logistics within a fashion or e-commerce environment
- Experience working with apparel, an asset
- Knowledge of têxtiles and garment care
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Experience with drafting, documenting and implementing new procedures
- Knowledge of fashion, styling and photography, an asset
- Open to working evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to walk 5 km per day with equipment and/or stand for extended periods, when required
