As a Lash technician at Glow Day Spa, you will be among highly trained professionals with the ability to deliver unparalleled service and results to our large clientele. Applicants for this role should be passionate and an expert at their services, as well as, enjoy providing solutions for our guests through our specialty services, enhancements, and product lines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform eyelash extension services to clients, following established techniques and safety protocols
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and provide recommendations based on their natural lashes and eye shape
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for their eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and maintain lash health
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification in eyelash extensions or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to accommodate client appointments
- Knowledge of safety protocols and sanitation practices for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Available to work Saturdays 9am-3pm and evenings during the week. Holidays are not required.
