**What You Will Do For Us**
- Provide client consultations, identify client needs, and assist clients with product and service selection
- Performing eyelash extension procedures
- Creating an amazing experience for clients and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships
- Execute Beauty21's services to the highest level
- Effectively educating clients on Beauty21's products and services
- Actively demonstrating a high level of product knowledge
- Taking cash, debit and credit card payments when required
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Performing other store-related duties as assigned

**Who You Are**
- **You are energetic and fun-loving**_ and have completed a recognized program in Eyelash Extensions, Makeup Artistry, or Esthetics and demonstrate a high level of skill and ability with one year's experience with the following skills:

- Retail sales experience
- Point of sales experience
- Have a passion for makeup and beauty
- Are outgoing with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have elevated selling skills and the ability to achieve sales goals
- Love to work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Hard-working and dependable
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Promote a respectful, positive & gossip-free environment
- Have flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
