Brampton, Canada Greenway Carriers Full time

**Greenway Carriers **is a trucking company based in Brampton running mainly dry vans to the Southern and Mid western states of the United States from Ontario and Quebec. We are looking for a **Load Booker / Account Specialist** that has experience with booking loads and talking to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Reach out to customers to book loads
- Continuously monitor the load boards to book loads (Loadlink, ITS)
- Answer all phone calls from customers
- Book pickup and delivery appointments
- Communicate with customers for shipments late or problematic
- Must pay attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Must possess great organizational skills
- Having experience with Transplus Fleet Manager would be an asset, but no necessary

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
