**Position Summary**:
Cloverdale Christmas Hamper Program serves 600 families annually in December, providing food, toiletries, gift cards and toys for children. We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our team as the Christmas Hamper Coordinator. This person will provide leadership in the planning, coordination and execution of the Hamper Program from the beginning of September through the end of December with some part-time work in January conducting reporting and follow-ups.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead a team of volunteers on the “hamper committee” that can assist in planning and carrying out duties for the program
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for the program
- Secure new business sponsorships and donors
- Volunteer recruitment, coordination and training
- Overseeing client registration
- Overseeing school & business donation drives
- Experience in event planning, project coordination, non-profit, or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work with and lead teams of volunteers
- Ability to problem solve, think creatively and maintain flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
