Receptionist/administrator

Responsibilities:
- Reception
- Answer phone
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
- Handle A/R & A/P
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers & printers
- Must have experience with QuickBooks desk top & Excel
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 70 per week

- French not required
