About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Manager, Tax to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Director, Tax, this individual will have the opportunity to play an integral role in the development of efficient tax processes and will be responsible for leading the Canadian income tax and indirect tax compliance processes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and information tax returns;
- Oversee the indirect tax compliance process including filing of GST and PST returns;
- Work internally with accountants to complete various analyses and reconciliations required to support tax filings;
- Assist with tax planning initiatives, tax audits, and litigation in coordination with external advisors;
- Prepare the quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and determination of uncertain tax positions in accordance with Canadian and US GAAP to ensure regulatory compliance;
- Research various tax issues and changes in legislation;
- Supervise and train junior staff.

What you Bring:

- A curious and innovative mindset with a passion for efficiency;
- Process oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- CPA Designation;
- Three (3) years of Canadian corporate tax experience;
- Enrolled in or completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program, or have a Masters of Taxation degree;
- Proficiency in the use of Taxprep software;
- Understanding of International Tax Principles and cross-border tax implications is an asset;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience working with Power Query or Power Pivot is an asset;
- Experience working in the real estate industry is not essential but will be considered an asset.
