The Warehouse Coordinator is motivated, organized, flexible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. This position will require travel, in company vehicle, between CFLS’s Windsor, London, Cambridge, and Brampton offices, on a weekly basis._**
**The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the following**:
- Providing excellent service to CFLS team members who require parts and tools
- Processing, picking and packing parts orders for jobs
- Staging orders and advising coordinators of pickup location
- Delivering parts between branch offices and job sites
- Picking up parts from suppliers and warehouses
- Keeping branch warehouses and staging areas clean and organized
- Maintaining accurate records within CFLS’s inventory management software
- Receiving and adding product to inventory in London warehouse
- Monitoring minimum and maximum inventory levels at the branches
- Conducting cycle counts as directed
- Assisting the Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager with annual inventory
- Coordination of repair and replacement for CFLS staff tools
- Maintaining security as a keyholder for all warehouse sites
- Light cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping warehouse areas
- Other duties as
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
- Able to work independently and within strict timelines
- Great organizational skills
- Physical demands including lifting and carrying various weights throughout the day
- Data entry into inventory management system
- Motivated to learn and develop
- The position will require lifting and working at ladder height
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to become a member of the CFLS team
