**INFLUENCE EXECUTIVE**
**WPPOnefluence is looking for an **Influence Executive** to join our team.
WPPOnefluence is a full-service network with the most sophisticated influencer expertise around the globe to meet client scale. In Canada, WPPOnefluence is a partnership between Ogilvy and Hill&Knowlton. We are looking for an Influencer Specialist to work across iconic beauty, retail and CPG brands.
**Here's what you'd be doing**:
- Management of influencer plans, working collaboratively with senior team and clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time while meeting brand goals
- Thoughtful and strategic approach to executing multi-platform influencer programs by leveraging trends and data driven insights to integrate with wider PR objectives
- Overseeing & conducting research, identification, negotiation project management and measurement of influencer programs, including paid collaborations, with cross over to event and seeding lists based on strategic plan development from senior team & clients
- Developing campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and paid influencer content, and analyzing to provide actionable insights and opportunities
- Keeping on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian market
- Carrying out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers
- In partnership with senior leads. educates and shares knowledge with teams on trends and best practices
**What you'll need to get here**:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Influencer relations
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling that drive impact
- Ability to utilize metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels for optimization and future plan recommendations
- Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships with key influencers
- Flawless organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
- Experience negotiating partnership agreements and existing relationships Canadian influencers is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
