Permanent position - part-time 20 hours per week

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- List the bugs identified by the users of the platform, analyze their needs and communicate to the Product Manager the different bugs and ideas collected;
- Bring the Portfolios platform to life by ensuring the planning, ideation, creation and distribution of content;
- Promote the achievements and successes of students and graduates;
- Mobilize and collaborate with the various resources of the network (student affairs and employment services, alumni office, academic and marketing teams) in order to keep the content of the Portfolios platform up-to-date;
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to promote Portfolios on the web and social media platforms of educational institutions;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- College or Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing, or other relevant and equivalent training;
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English (Spanish is an asset);
- Communication and writing skills (essential);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
