Le Chef de catégorie - Achats TI supportera la mise en place d’un programme d’approvisionnement stratégique pour la catégorie des Technologies de l’Information incluant la gestion de la catégorie, des risques, mais aussi de la performance des fournisseurs pour les unités d’affaires Canadiennes et Américaines. Le tout en collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes et clients internes dans les deux pays.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Soutenir le développement d’un programme d’approvisionnement à travers la mise en place de politiques, systèmes, outils, processus standardisés et meilleures pratiques d’approvisionnement.
- Exécuter les stratégies d’approvisionnement identifiées, piloter des appels d’offres ainsi que le processus de sélection des fournisseurs et la négociation contractuelle
- Obtenir les meilleures conditions commerciales en termes de prix, de qualité, de délais de livraison et de conditions de paiement.
- Assurer une veille économique et technologique pour anticiper les évolutions du marché.
- Établir de solides relations avec les partenaires d’affaires à tous les niveaux, afin de stimuler l’engagement, d’accroître l’influence et le rôle du département des Achats et assurer un alignement permanent des priorités et des objectifs avec toutes les parties prenantes.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs clés tout en favorisant l’amélioration continue et une vigie des indicateurs clés de performance.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à l’exécution de la vision transformationnelle et de la feuille de route stratégique 3 ans de l’équipe des Achats.
- S’assurer que les plans de contingence sont solides et favorisent la résilience opérationnelle

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe requis;
- Une combinaison équivalente d’études et/ou d’expérience peut être envisagée.
- Minimum cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement en TI requis;
- Minimum (5) ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement;
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l’informatique constitue un atout.
- Expert en approvisionnement, capable d’évaluer simultanément l’état actuel tout en développant l’état futur stratégique qui soutiendra les besoins commerciaux de l’entreprise.
- Capacité à mener le changement organisationnel grâce à de solides compétences interpersonnelles et aptitudes en communication et techniques de résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
