**Job description**

Artron Laboratories Inc is a technology-based manufacturer specialized in the development and large-scale production of lateral flow rapid test kits. The Production Assistant supports the Production Manager in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the production process. This role involves administrative tasks, logístical support, and coordination duties to ensure that the production runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare, organize, and distribute production paperwork

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Accurately record details of received goods, including quantities, item descriptions, and supplier information.
- Assist with organizing and tracking production equipment, supplies, and inventory.

**Scheduling and Planning**:

- Help create and maintain production schedules, including timelines and deadlines.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Production Manager as needed.

**Shipping duties**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
- Verify that items are correctly packed and labeled for shipping.
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure that shipments are dispatched in a timely manner and according to delivery schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: College Certificate / diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in production management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a production or shipping/receiving role is preferred.
- Proficiency of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
