**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
Responsible for all outcomes associated with the maintenance of one or several line(s): Ensures communication between operations and maintenance and correct prioritization for maintenance activities and manages defects / failures. Also provides support to the Asset Owner and Process Owner.

Position Responsibilities:
Operational excellence
- Define standard processes and tools to handle defects (DH) and ensures that processes are executed properly
- Follow up with operators to ensure that any defects were handled properly
- Define / execute on standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and presents breakdown status weekly at an LCT meeting
- Monitor repair paths
- Support operators in identifying and solving problems that caused breakdowns
- Determine planned maintenance needs and prioritize / schedule the process for conducting planned maintenance

Communications
- Share best practices with other Maintenance Owners
- Ensure constant communication with the maintenance department to establish area priorities

Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve established maintenance processes including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination

Talent
- Train and coach operators to handle different aspects of maintenance including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience leading and coaching teams
- Minimum 5 years aseptic processing and packaging knowledge are required including Tetra Pak equipment or similar
- Knowledge / expertise in maintenance processes
- Demonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive insights
- Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations
- Brings strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience and understanding of TMOS principles (or lean production system)
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others

Education

High School plus specialized training (min 6mos-2 years)/College Certificate
