Janitor-Assistant for residential building - Downtown Montreal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:00pm (40 hrs/wk) $20/Hr.

Duties: Cleaning the building and small repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Handyman
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors

Aide-Concierge pour pour immeuble résidentiel - Ctre-Ville de Montréal.

Horaire: Lundi au Vendredi - 7h30 a 16h00 (40 hres/sem) $20/Hre

Taches: Entretien ménager de l'immeuble et petites réparations.

Compétences:

- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Homme a tout faire
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à maintenir un haut niveau de propreté
- Capacité a travailler indépendemment et avec un minimum de supervision
- Bonne endurance physique pour effectuer des tâches répétitives et soulever des objets lourds si nécessaire
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps pour prioriser efficacement les tâches
- Bonnes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les collègues et les superviseurs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,600.00 per year
