We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Release Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and release of small electronic devices, ensuring that they meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and exceed customer expectations. This role requires a strong background in project management, a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the product release process for small electronic devices, from concept to market launch.- Develop and execute comprehensive release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure on-time delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, features, and specifications.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and release notes.- Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors involved in the product release process.- Communicate release progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations for resolution.- Coordinate product testing, validation, and certification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to small electronic devices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business) or equivalent practical experience.- Proven experience in product release management or a similar role, preferably in the small electronic devices industry.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Familiarity with quality assurance processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for small electronic devices.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- Passion for technology and a strong understanding of consumer electronics markets.- Ability to travel occasionally, as required.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities.- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
