At Dash Hudson, the Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for managing and growing partnerships with some of the biggest technology companies in the world, such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and more.
As the Associate Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to help support and grow our partner relationships, and ensure the success of marketing, product, and sales initiatives with our partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving Dash Hudson's growth and success by leveraging partnerships to enhance our platform and expand our market reach. Tactically, this includes supporting key stages of the partnerships cycle including, project management, internal collaboration, and account management support.
What you'll do
**Responsibilities**:
Project and Account Management Support
Work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to execute on the partnership strategy, goals and OKRs.
Project manage key alpha and beta initiatives, including internal stakeholder management, customer research, customer discovery calls, tracking and reporting on key metrics and KPIs, and assisting with customer onboarding and feedback.
Support with the creation of resources and deliverables for platform partners, including sourcing, analyzing and interpreting Dash Hudson product data, customer data and product release results.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive successful partnership initiatives.
Act as the secondary contact for Partner Managers at the leading social, advertising and e-commerce platforms. Be a problem solver and be solution-oriented when helping to address inquiries, requests, and challenges that may arise from platform partners.
Support Public Relations and Marketing teams on partner-specific case studies, one-pagers, events, etc. to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
Internal Communication and Alignment
Possess a deep understanding of partner and program needs.
Meet regularly with internal Product Managers to ensure project timelines are being met and proactively communicate roadblocks.
Create program materials including playbooks and policies to ensure processes are consistently optimized over time.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the industry ecosystem.
Manage projects for Strategic Partnerships using our work management software, Asana.
What you'll need
**Qualifications**:
Desired Skills and Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related field. A degree or diploma in business or marketing is considered an asset.
You are a self-learner and enjoy both collaboration and working independently on projects.
People would describe you as charismatic, a go-getter, organized, and dependable.
You want the challenge and opportunity to develop partnerships in a rapidly growing market with some of the biggest technology platforms in the world.
You possess business insight, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and are data-driven and results-focused.
Project management experience is considered an asset; including multitasking and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to help bring projects from inception to post-launch.
An understanding of social media marketing is considered an asset.
SaaS experience is considered an asset.
