We are growing and have an immediate need to add to our management team. We are seeking a _**QUALITY CONTROL AREA MANAGER **_for our locally owned janitorial company in the commercial and industrial sectors.

DAILY RESPESPONSIBILITES
- Provide daily field support to our cleaning teams
- Support includes training, guidance with new clientele, inspections of team performance and compliance within our high standards
- Assistance with troubleshooting client challenges
- Coordinating side visits within the Sudbury and surrounding area.
- Training the team for special services such as stripping waxing of VCT, carpet extraction.
- 80% of your time will be spent in the field
- Creating scope of work requirements at sites and maintaining those expectations with the team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum 2 years in the janitorial section and management experience preferred
- Flexibility with schedule depending on client needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of clients and team members
- Thorough documentation and computer skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills are pivotal to this position
- Communication skills must contain a clear ability to function in high-pressure situations

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
