As a Team Leader in the Managed Care department, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performance team in order to offer our clients the cost containment solutions necessary to minimize overall claims exposure.

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Maximize savings in order to grow revenue;
- Implementand deliver cost containment strategies proven to be effective;
- Ensure that active cases are effectively managed to help reduce the overall claims experience and ensure we use cost-based objective criteria to negotiate the best possible settlement;
- Ensure financial targets are being met or surpassed, while participating in strategic planning to further develop our cost containment strategies;
- Identify improvements to processes on an on-going basis with the aim of cutting costs and improving efficiencies;
- Ensure the team delivers on business results in all aspects of ownership, emphasizing efforts directly related to corporate direction.

**What skills**
**and experience are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree desired with business emphasis and with 2-3 years’ experience in leadership or related role;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and knowledge of Sharepoint;
- Experience with people management;
- Extensive knowledge of E-repricing and Go-Trex systems;
- Extensive knowledge of PPO networks/pricing platforms;
- Ability to engage in corporate strategy and vision;
- Decision making, Risk assessment, problem solving, and time management skills.
