**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the jobsite of a crew ranging in size from 3-8 workers/roofers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Install/repair both low slope and steep slope roof systems including Asphalt Shingles, Rubber Shingles, Composites, Metal, TPO, EPDM, BUR, and SBS roll-roofing.
- Replacement/Repair of other exterior building components as necessary.
- Coordinate and manage roofing activities including scheduling work assignments, monitoring progress, and setup/teardown of site.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets project specifications and standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as CompanyCam to track project progress and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and roof plans to guide project execution.
- Collaborate with project manager to assist in estimating and budgeting processes.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Journeyman certification is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of roof installation experience (Shingling, torching, etc.)
- Experience working with all other exterior building components (Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Gutters.)
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
- Experience using construction management software such as CompanyCam or Roofr is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
