We have been designing and building buildings for over 35 years in Manitoba, and we are seeking a driven, humble and people smart individual to join our finance team to help us do this even better

**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's short
- and long-term goals.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making and drive growth.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage and mentor finance team members, including accountants, financial analysts, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with other department heads to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve company-wide objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management.
- Experience in construction or related industry a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful financial strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Microsoft Office
- Sage 300 CRE experience an asset
