**Position**
At Pocketpills, we’ve experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. As the Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the CXOs and leadership team, driving key initiatives that align with our ambitious growth objectives in the healthcare sector. Your expertise in operational leadership and project management will enable you to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and lead high-impact projects across departments.
**Job Duties**
- **Communication**:Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CXOs regarding project updates, proposals, and planning
- **Strategic Collaboration**: Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the senior management team.
- **Project Management**: execute and manage new initiatives or special projects, assess the risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the project to completion.
- **Strategic Planning**: Assist in developing and implementing the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives.
- **Decision Support**: Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes, often involving research and data analysis.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and performance metrics, reporting on outcomes and adjustments needed.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance collaboration and support.
- **Business Planning**: Create and refine the business plan, outlining goals, target markets, revenue models, and operational strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Development of analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
**Qualifications & Experience**
- MBA (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic roles, with a proven track record in Project and Program Management. Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
- Experience working in start-up environments.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, driving alignment and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project management role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

The annual compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and alignment to the market.
