**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Parkworks team and provide exceptional support to both our sales professionals and customers. The CSR will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to assist with sales and administrative tasks throughout the sales process, from opportunity management to order fulfillment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage CRM processes associated with quotes and orders
- Collaborate regularly with RSMs on opportunity requirements and provide backup support
- Create complete, accurate customer facing materials including quotes and order packages
- Complete internal documentation and materials needed for communication of order requirements to production and purchasing
- Release orders (project and marketing)
- Communicate regularly with customers ensuring that they are kept abreast of order status, potential delays, and expectations for delivery
- Produce new dealer partner and supplier agreements as required
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and encourage collaboration
- Learn the products we sell and how they are positioned in the market, actively participating in training and knowledge development
- Drive process improvement within the CSR function
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3-5 years in field sales and/or customer service experience
- Experience administering complex business to business sales processes
- Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with Customer Service Management programs (Creatio) is preferred
- Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent experience required
**OTHER INFORMATION**:
- This is an onsite position located in Langley BC (6286 203 St C100, Langley, BC V2Y 3S1)
- This position works Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.
