Restaurant Shift Leader/key Holder

Dartmouth, Canada VERO Pizzeria Full time

Vero Pizzeria is now hiring for a Shift Leader at our Dartmouth Crossing location As a Shift Leader, you will be working with our team of managers to provide our guests with the best customer experience that we can offer while maintaining our brand standards and policies.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Greeting and engaging the guest
- Building pizzas and providing excellent customer service
- Portion control
- Maintaining fridge par levels
- Cooking and cutting pizzas
- Various small prep and cleaning duties
- Delegating daily tasks to counter attendants
- Responsible for turning staff breaks
- Supervising and motivating staff
- Assisting in new staff training
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Point of contact for the store manager

Full availability and strong communication skills are required.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
