**About the role**:
In this customer-facing position, you will provide technical support to internal customers (engineering) and external Tier 1 customers. You will have hands on installation, analysis, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux systems, IP networking and private/public cloud systems. You will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the project according to predetermined timelines and budgets. You must be able to act as a resource on technical inquiries and be able to assist with the identification and resolution of technical issues.

**This role requires strong communication, collaboration and systems thinking skills to deliver Corinex’s digital solutions to its customers. You will work closely with development teams to identify and report bugs and to ensure that updates and new features are successfully deployed and tested.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain effective communication with the business sector leadership team, team members and functional leadership in all activities required to design, develop and deliver the product successfully.
- Work with customers and the Development team to analyze and translate customer requirements/industry-standard into system and equipment level specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for engineers and technical management.
- Prepare documents to standardize the deployment of Corinex products and technology for internal teams and third parties.
- Perform analysis of the field data preparation of specification documents addressing shortcomings of the existing products; review results on the functioning of Corinex products in the field provided by the Field Applications Engineering team and your observations.
- Architect, test and implement Corinex’s Smart grid network architectures and support network designs.
- Administrate and troubleshoot deployed network designs.
- Document, implement and improve processes and procedures.
- Assist with the integration of new technologies.
- Prepare responses to RFPs.
- Prepare collaterals for training and on products that may require technical writing.
- Create strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, work colleagues and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols. Deep knowledge of communication infrastructures (TCP/IP, QoS, encryption, etc.)
- Fundamental Networking skills: IP routing and switching (DHCP, NAT, VLAN, Security, etc.)
- Scripting: Bash, Shell and Python
- Database: SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server
- Work with OS: Linux / Windows Server
- Overall electrical power distribution systems knowledge
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Project management and customer support experience.
