**LEASING SPEACILIST JOB DESCRIPTION**

Ramfeld is a property management company with a diversified portfolio spanning the Greater Montreal Area. We are looking for capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with management to ensure they are aware and marketing/advertising any vacancies to attract potential tenants
- Scout and identify prospective tenants looking to lease apartments
- Provide potential tenants with a tour of property highlighting the valuable features of the building to convince customers and influence lease
- Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status
- Conduct survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent
- Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals

- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
- We will train on knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Be able to take initiative and be proactive
- Have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
- Be adaptable and positive
- Be team-oriented

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in French and English
- Have a valid drivers license and car
